Ruud van Nistelrooy Retires

After a colourful career that saw him break records, set new ones and win trophies, former Manchester United hitman, Ruud van Nistelrooy has quit the game that brought him so much wealth and fame. Well, he did not just retire, but did it in style- he retired after helping his last club, Malaga FC, secure a Champions' League spot.
You certainly did well for yourself Ruud, and your fans in Manchester United, Real Madrid, Hamburg and Malaga FC won't forget you in a hurry.
Ruud is the second-highest all time Champions' League goal poacher, with 60 goals.
