President Goodluck Jonathan presents letter of credence to Mrs. Bianca Ojukwu as Nigeria's Ambassador to Spain. Mrs. Ojukwu is the widow of the Ikemba of Nnewi, Chief Odumegwu Ojukwu.
Before her appointment, Mrs. Ojukwu was the Senior Special Adviser to the President on Diaspora.
