Abel Guobadia Dies

Former Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (2000 - 2005 ), Dr Abel Guobadia, has died. He died on Friday, February 4, from complications from prostate cancer.


He was 79years old. May his soul rest in peace. Amen.
