Prof. Okonjo's Kidnappers Demand $1B

Kidnappers of Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala's mother, Professor Kanene Okonjo, has made a $1 billion demand for her release.

I know this is a trying time for the Minister, but I have a strong feeling that she must have laughed when she heard the amount. 

$1 billion!!!!!! Is she in charge of the foreign reserve?
