K1 Completes Country Home

Popular Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde, widely known as K1 De Ultimate, has completed and moved into his palatial country home in Ijebu Ode. The structure, named Ule Omo Ojusagbola (The house of Ojusagbola's child), sits on a 1,800 sq.metre on land, is sited close to the Ijebu Ode stadium.
The main 4-buildings-in-one structure contains 7 bedrooms, 3 sitting rooms, an 8-room guest house, a state-of-the-art gym and a recording studio.
K1 has also awarded contract for the construction of the road and drainage leading to the house. He has however refused to state the cost of the edifice.
Congratulations!
